circa 1870, 16 inches tall
This model know as “Biedermeier.”
It is uniquely designed for use with wigs
She is a solid domed shoulder head, rounded painted black pate/skullcap
She is being offer as a no reserve auction. I am listing her for what I had paid years ago
She has been cabinet kept
She has a antique mohair wig, antique linen split crotch bloomers with crochet trim and antique linen chemise
Hat not included
She has single stroke bows
Blue eyes
red line above eyes
and red dot in corner of nose
beautiful rosie cheeks
Her body is sound and firm
arms are good
Her shoes are black, flat and tan soled
Legs good
Her only flaws are a repair to her toes and paint loss on the shoes
also while take pics I noticed by her left sew hole a line. I am unsure if it is a hairline, or a scratch.
I am downsizing
