This clock is made in France around 1870, say the 2nd part of the 19th century.
Fine bronze case with bronze ornaments, the top with crossed horns of plenty around a central winged staff (as a sign of good life and success in trade/business). The front with garlands, wreathes, torches on pillars, flowerals and more, please view the pictures. On 4 fine feet.
White porcelain enamel dial with Roman hours and Arabic minutes numerals and steel hands.
French clockwork with balance, about 8 days going work. Good running, the back platine with # “2912” and “France”.
Measurements : at feet 3.75″ x 2.75”, high 8.75″, dial diam. 3.5” incl. the rim. A fine clock.
