Description A handsome genuine antique English solid sterling silver graduated curb link “albert” pocket watch chain with a silver t-bar and silver swivel/dog catch. Also has a short fob chain with attached solid silver “heart” fob. Lovely clean chain.
Measurements Measures approx 10 inches (250mm) in length with a further 1.5 inches (38mm) on the short fob chain.
Weight Approx 34 grams.
Date Has English silver hallmarks for Birmingham 1903 (date letter “d”) on both the silver t-bar and swivel catch, so guaranteed all original and matching, and every chain link also has a clear lion passent sterling silver stamp. The heart fob fob medal is hallmarked Birmingham 1970 and also stamped “silver”.
Maker William Walter Cashmore (W.W.C”) stamped on chain, swivel & bar.
Condition Lovely condition and ready to be used. No splits or cracks, no solder repairs and no nasty wear on the chain links. The swivel catch works fine and has a good strong spring. A very nice antique silver albert chain.
