About my items
I get my items from many different places. My home is smoke free and pet friendly, but I can not speak for where these items have been before. I do my best to clean and disinfect all items before shipping them off however. Photos provided are of the actual item unless otherwise stated. I make a great effort to post very detailed pictures from several different angles so you are well aware of the condition of the items.
Please be aware that items listed as “new†may have been previously opened, but appear new and in an unused state. Unopened packages will be described as “factory sealed†in their description. Please be aware that I take all electronic items it out of their packaging and test them to make sure they will not be dead on arrival; batteries are not included. If you have or concerns about any of my items contact me via website and I will get back to you as quickly as possible.
Payment
All Buyers:I accept Paypal only to ensure a fast and secure transaction for everyone. Please be considerate of my time as I am yours and complete website’s checkout form soon after buying or winning an item (unless we have already discussed combining shipment for multiple items or we have discussed changing the delivery service/carrier in which case please wait for me to send you an invoice). I make a great effort to ship items within 48 hours of purchase, so a quick payment will ensure a quick shipment. The maximum time allowed for payment is four days after the s, unless you have contacted me (before the fourth day) and we have agreed on other arrangements. After the fourth day, I will relist the item, you will be blocked from my future auctions, and website will open an unpaid item case.
International buyers: Please check to see if the item you are interested in is allowed to be shipped into your country; if you need assistance in finding this out, message me via website before bidding or buying and I will do my best to find out for you.
U.S.A Buyers: I will ship packages within 48 hours of the purchase, unless I have contacted you letting you know about the delay. Keep in mind that shipping is the time it takes to put your order in the mail and delivery is the time it takes for the US Postal Service to carry it to you. I usually try to post the most inexpensive shipping service and then the cost is calculated according to where the item is being shipped. Please let me know if there is another shipping method that you prefer as quickly as possible so that I can change it before the invoice is sent, otherwise it will be shipped using the method that I chose for the item at the time that I posted the ad. If you are interested in combining shipping costs for several different items that I have for sale, please ask me before you bid/ buy and I will let you know if I am able to do it. A handling fee may be charged to cover insurance on item(s) which may differ depending on the price of the item and how the package is shipped.
International buyers:I will ship packages within 48 hours of the purchase, unless I have contacted you letting you know about the delay. I choose Priority Mail International as a default for packages sent outside of the U.S. if you prefer a different method, please notify me as soon as possible so I can update the invoice before I send it out, otherwise it will be sent by the method I originally chose. Also, you (the buyer) are responsible for ALL local fees, Customs Duty, taxes, and importation costs. This is not calculated into the shipping cost you pay here . Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item. Also, please understand that I cannot mark merchandise values below value or mark items as gifts because this is against the law; so please appreciate the fact that I do my best to do honest business with everyone.

Returns
I truly strive for happy and returning costumers, so returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving the item.
Please understand that you (the buyer) are responsible for shipping the item back to me within 30 days. You will be responsible for all shipping costs (including the shipping costs when you originally purchased the item and the shipping costs to return the item), which is to include insurance (usually between $1-$3 with USPS) and tracking/confirmation number(0.85 cents USPS) . You will be refunded 100% of item cost only unless it is grossly misrepresented, in which case you may also be refunded the initial shipping costs and returning shipping costs as well.
Steps to take: Let me know in writing that you want to return your item and the reason why within 30 days of receiving the item(s). Please provide a phone number and the time it is easiest to reach you in this message. I will then contact you by telephone at the time you prefer. Several emails/written messages may then be exchanged to confirm the terms of the return. This is easy and can be quickly done in an website message.
All Returns:Please understand that the item must be delivered to me before you receive a refund. All tags and/or packaging must be in tact (if applicable), item(s) must work as it(they) should, and be in the same condition as when it(they) was(were) shipped to you in order to receive a full refund on your item(s). Otherwise, only a partial refund on your item(s) may be given and/or a restocking fee of 10% subtracted from your refund. Grossly misrepresented items: letting me know (in writing) how I misrepresented the item(s) and offer any evidence to support your claim. If item(s) are determined to be misrepresented by me, then you will be responsible for shipping the item back to me all within 30 days (of receiving the item).
Please understand that the item must be delivered to me with all tags and/or packaging in tact (if applicable), must work as it should, and be in the same condition as when it was shipped to you in order to receive a full refund. After item is delivered to me in the condition as previously stated, and has been determined to be grossly misrepresented, you may be issued a 100% refund including all shipping costs.
Please note that all emails and calls may be recorded. Also, please keep in mind that I take care in taking pictures and notes about all items and their conditions when shipped/received.

Being able to see others feedback is wonderful and powerful tool that builds trust between buyers and seller alike. Please be courteous to myself and other website users and take the time to leave feedback. Please do not use the feedback forum to address a question or concern. Remember that not everyone/every transaction is perfect and if you happen to have a problem with an item you bought, please contact me in an website message before leaving negative feedback and I will do my best to address your concerns and fix the problem. I will be sure to leave you feedback once I am sure that /concerns have been addressed and the transaction is complete.
