Western Electric dial candlestick parts include shaft, base and base terminals. Paint is original, does have some wear. Wear to base is mostly around the edge. Shaft paint is nice as well, some wear mostly a dull spot at the top. The back of the shaft has two dings (see photo). Terminals in base are nice.
