I regret to have to add this, as 90% of our bidders are great-it is the 10% that makes it necessary. We do expect contact within 3 days of auction close. Payment is expected within 7 Business days.

:  We ship Monday-Friday everyday the Post Office is open and 95% of the time your item is shipped on the day of payment.  We only ship via PRIORITY Mail or through FedEx Ground if it is a large or heavy item.  Please do not ask for 1st Class.  Packing is done with the upmost care using clean, sturdy boxes and ample cushioning.  Remember that shipping and handling isn’t just the postage at the post office – it’s my time – effort – and what ever else it takes for me to get your item from me to you in a safe and timely manner. 

Refunds:  Refunds are given quickly and cheerfully if an item is not as represented and returned in the same condition as shipped.  I try to describe all items to the best of my ability and consider photos to be part of the description.  If you have please email before bidding.
