This is a KB&B
Blue Line Bakelite medium Bulldog pipe.
It has been lightly smoked.
The interior bowl is darkened from use but shows no damage or
defects. The exterior bowl is in
very good condition.
The stem is ruby
Bakelite. It has a few very light
tooth marks that can only be seen on close examination. They do not show in the photos at
all. It has a bone screw tenon that shows normal discoloration from use. The Band is stamped “Nickel
Silverâ€. It shows light pitting.
The nomenclature
is a little light on the left side.
It appears that it was originally stamped that way. The left shank reads: “Blue Line (over) KB&B (inside a
three leaf clover) (over) Bakeliteâ€.
It measures: Just a bit under “5†from the bit to
the bowl leading edge. The bowl is 1.75†tall with a .75†bore.
It is cleaned and
ready to smoke!
