Up for bid is a wonderful, Antique/Vintage Banded and Moss Agate Brooch. There is no makers mark on this piece, but the bar has the gold finish worn. The sides and face of Brooch have very solid consistent Gold color. I’m positive this is a heavy gold plate/wash over Sterling Silver. The Agate Stone used in this piece is beautifully translucent, with a lot of variation and character. This piece is simplistic, stylish, and in general, just wonderful.
