This doll head, like many others I bought at a doll auction, is painted so beautifully. The artist who painted her features did an outstanding job. If you like her, please look for additional auctions in the future!
This auction is for one doll head. She would make such an adorable doll. Bisque, light blue molded hat with ribbing and accented top bow, curly molded blonde short hair that surround an angelic face, blue eyes, pink cheeks and lips. Shoulder plate has painted gold buttons, bow and decorative dots on her collar. Backside has no marks. Since I am not a doll maker, I hope these measurements will help you. She stands 2 3/4″ tall. Shoulder plate: 1 14/16″ long and the two front holes are 1 3/16″ apart. Measuring from front to back hole is 1 5/16″ apart. The flaws I see to mention: one tight crack under the left front hole-there is no crack on the inside. Also a surface chip (the top layer missing)inside, near the edge with tight cracks near it. See photo of the inside-I took the photo so you could see this area and still see the measuring tape. Otherwise she is perfect and simply adorable!! In case the website calculator does not work correctly, she will be sent priority mail for 1 pound.
