This is a Beautiful size 7 & 1/4 (can easily be re-sized by any competent jeweler) 14kt yellow gold ring. This solid 14k gold ring setting weighs 4.8 grams and was crafted to display this Exquisite Near Flawless Emerald Cut, securely prong Set Sapphire. This Fabulous Padparadscha measures 5.70 carats and features 3 seven point accent RUBIES on the side of the center Sapphire. This ring is immaculate all the way around ! You cannot go wrong with the Quality Craftsmanship that went into this Top Quality, Elite Ring that Sparkles at the Slightest Movement. It is well made and just in amazing condition. We purchased this as a Genuine Mined from the Earth Sapphire and our Presidium Gem Tester said that this was indeed a Genuine Padparadscha Sapphire. However, since we are not gemologists we cannot be 100% positive of this fact so please bid with the knowledge that this Gorgeous Sapphire might be synthetic and returns will not be accepted for this reason.

Unless a Jeweler is a 'Certified Gemologist', their Opinion is no more Valuable than ours. Therefore, when it comes to a "Specialty Area', such as a gemstone, they are No more knowledgeable than we are, no matter what experience they have. IF you have a Gemologists opinion, with their Name, Phone Number and Certification Number, that is when and only when a matter of disagreement will be heard, involving the identification of a gemstone and jewelry opinion, as they are the Only source that would Know more than us and your 'jeweler'. Therefore, no exceptions, in order request a refund for a matter that only can be handled by a 'Specialist in their field', you must provide the information stated above (name, number, cert. number & who they are certified with). Otherwise, please understand that by participating in the auction, you agree with our assessment of the item and to our terms of service. In 40 years, not one Gemologist has charged us for their 'opinion', only if they had to actually write a certificate. If you Require another opinion, check with the ONLY one that counts in this transaction – your local gemologist (not jeweler) before you make your decision to participate and see if they are an honest one, that will happily share their opinion with their name, number, certification number & who they were certified with. All Sapphire Auctions do not apply to giving refunds when gemologist report is submitted, because we've already stated that refunds will not be given in the event that the Sapphire is synthetic. This rule keeps everyone honest and should diss-way anyone who might take advantage, as this is not a game to us, this is a serious Mom & Pop, small business that depends on honesty on everyone's part.
We are working very hard to offer you high quality jewelry and provide accurate description and large, clear pictures. charges us hefty fees for each transaction. Plus, the time that is lost is irreplaceable and is costly to a small business, as well. Therefore, please read the description carefully and see all the pictures and ask you wish BEFORE making the purchase decision and not after we ship your item.
A Full refund will be given only in the unlikely case if the item is grossly misrepresented. In all the other cases a refund will be given minus a 20% relist/restocking fee. You must contact us within 3 days of delivery confirm, with any issues – NO exceptions. If you do not agree to the 20% restocking fee, shop elsewhere. This rule applies to every auction. You must contact us prior to returning any item as we are very reasonable people that care about you as an individual customer, as well.
