The print is from the very famous book “Black Beauty” by Anna Sewell. This was first published in 1877, a few months before the author’s death and has since been republished in many formats and languages.
The above signed print is an ORIGINAL, not a reproduction, and is from an edition published by Jarrold (UK) in the 1930’s. The offset litho print is by well known English Artist G.P. Micklewright (1893 – 1951).
It will be professionally matted on a black mount and ready for framing.
The Matt size is 12″ x 9″.
Any child would be pleased to have such a picture in his/her room.
