Payment
All winning items to be paid for within 5 days via Paypal, UK Cheques or USA Money Orders.
If you intend to send a cheque or postal order, please inform me so I know its on its way. The items will be sent once the funds have cleared.
Please allow 5 working days, once I have emailed you to confirm receipt for UK cheques to clear. E-cheques take approximately 10 working days to clear.
Packing
All items are packaged with extreme care and caution to minimise any risk of damage in the post.
MULTIPLE PURCHASES
I combine shipping costs. Please let me know that you will be bidding for more than one item and again if successful. I will then send you one invoice for your items together with the discounted shipping cost.
Please be aware that International combined postage is not always a cheaper option.
POSTAGE COSTS
Charges are kept to a minimum and depend on item weight, packing amount and type of postal service used. All items are sent out to Registered Paypal addresses only.
All valuable items should have the Insurance option taken out. If this isn’t on the listing please email me before and I will revise the invoice accordingly.
Postal charges are not negotiable
LOST OR DAMAGED POST
Please note it is not my fault if items get lost in the post or arrive damaged. I cannot be held responsible for any uninsured items. If an item does get lost or arrives damaged please contact me and I will submit a claim to Royal Mail on your behalf. Please retain the damaged packaging as evidence. I will refund the money as soon as I receive the cheque from Royal Mail. Royal Mail does not refund packing costs and postage fees refund is at their discretion.
Terms of Sale
If any item is stated to be vintage or antique it will show some signs of wear. Any sizes, weights if stated are approximate. Look closely at the photographs, some will be close-ups and the item will appear to be larger than it is in reality. Colours are difficult to reproduce and the photos are not a guaranteed reproduction of the real item. I`m happy to answer or queries.
I reserve the right to cancel bids from any buyers who have bad/negative feedbacks.
FEEDBACK
Once you leave me feedback I will reciprocate with one for you. My aim is to give as good an website buying experience as possible and treat buyers as I would like to be treated myself.
If you have any problems with the purchased item please let me know first before leaving a neutral/negative feedback as I will do my best to resolve the issue for you.
REFUNDS
I provide buyers with true, unedited photographs, an honest description of the iems and a chance to verify it prior to bidding. In the unlikely event of that I describe the item incorrectly, it will be totally unintentional and I will refund the full final bid and postage costs. Any claim for a refund under these conditions must be made within 24 hours of receiving the item and the item has to be returned within seven days of receipt.
