Antique Victorian Wicker Pet Carrier
This is an Impressive old Turn of the Century Victorian Wicker Pet Carrier with a Solid wicker Construction and a Cast Iron Door that strongly resembles a Jail Cell Door. This old Piece is quite large and should accommodate a medium or small sized animal nicely. The old wicker is in very good Solid Condition with very light wear. The old Cast Iron Door can be removed from the hinges and is in need of a replacement lock which should be an easy fix.
This piece would be perfect for hauling Fido to the Vet or Groomer’s in true Victorian style but would also be a Fantastic Decorative Accent in your Period or Primitive Home. This style is so Impressive and stylish that it has been copied for nearly a Century. This is a Great Original late Victorian era Wicker Pet Carrier in Usable Condition.
