service. We will attempt to answer any question you have as quickly as possible. Questions asked between 11pm and 8pm Eastern
Standard Time will be answered by 10am that morning. We will not be held
responsible if you fail to ask important questions before auctions end. If our ads are unclear in any way, please
feel free to ask. We deal with a huge
volume of items and cannot test, learn and diagnose every problem with every
item. We will do our best to answer.
Payment: Payment for each auction won is
expected within 24 hours of the auctions end unless otherwise agreed upon by
both parties. If you cannot pay for an
item within that time, please message us so that we can discuss payment arrangements.

shipping. There are occasions that we use USPS as well. We will work with you
on shipping charges for multiple items and customers are free to email their own
labels using their own shipping companies, however, the shipping price is

affect shipping time in transit; holidays, weather conditions etc. We ask that
you be understanding in these rare instances. All items will be shipped out within 3
BUSINESS days of receipt of payment. If your s on Saturday or Sunday,
