Item Description
We are very pleased to offer this Antique American 19th Century Locking Grain Painted Dome Top Document Valuables Box. With gorgeous original painted finish and wonderful dovetail construction. This has the original lock with key and hinges. In all original condition. There is a small split one side of the top and a chip to front. Does have age appropriate wear. This box was most likely used for travel as it is extremely sturdy and very secure and the large size provides plenty of room for valuables, papers. This box shows very nicely and at 19.5″ long , 10″ wide and 7″ high, a perfect size to display anywhere.
