Buyer agrees that the venue for any and all claims will be in Wilson County, TN. Buyer agrees to assume full liability for the use of this item and that the seller has not provided any certification or training or operational instruction for the use of this equipment. Buyer is responsible to read all safety information and manuals for the item. Buyer is responsible to obtain any parts, manuals or safety equipment needed to use this item safely and as stated by the manufacturer.
By purchasing our equipment on you are dealing directly with Taddwholesale. We are a Tennessee based used equipment company and all transactions take place in Tennessee, Wilson County for legal purposes. All Buyers that bid and win an item from Taddwholesale agree to these Terms & Conditions.

The 10% combined shipping discount is only given on orders that are being shipped and is not applicable on pickup orders.
If you want to qualify for our Combined Discount of 10% the following criteria must be met and there are no exceptions to this rule:
All items must be paid for at the same time. If you checkout and pay for just one item instead of waiting to pay for all items at the same time then you will pay full shipping on that one item.

Non-Paying Bidders
Payment in full is expected within 3 days from the close of the auction; items are relisted a few days later–payments received after the item has been relisted will be returned and the Non-Paying Bidder Notification will be completed.
Please understand that when payment is not received for an item in the allotted time frame, an Non-Paying Bidder Notification will be filed regardless of contact between the buyer and the seller.
An Non-Paying Bidder Notification will be filed, without exception, 3 days after the close of the auction if payment has not been received, regardless of any correspondence we have had.
If you send an email backing-out of a listing post-auction, you will still receive a Non-Paying Bidder Notification
If you back-out of an auction, but win a second (or more) item from us that you would like to purchase, you may be refused your item(s) unless all transactions are completed.
If you win an item and plan on picking it up at our warehouse, we do not store merchandise for extended periods of time–you are required to pick up the unit within 10 days of the close of the auction.
If the unit is not picked up during that time, and you have already paid for the item via Paypal, your payment will be refunded and you will receive a non-paying bidder alert.
Final Auction Value Fee Alerts are filed via after the Non-Paying Bidder Notification is filed.
Items are relisted immediately after the Final Auction Value Fee Alert is filed.
All Non-Paying Bidders will be blocked from future taddwholesale auctions.

Pick-ups are conducted Tuesday through Friday, from 9:00 am until 3:00 pm CST. We are closed on Sundays and Mondays, as well as many holidays, without exception–please see our Closing Schedule under policies.
You must complete checkout to schedule your pick-up appointment before you may pickup your item(s). We require a 24 hour notice before you may pickup your items. The earliest available time for you to pickup will be shown when you schedule your pickup in the checkout.
Items listed as Pickup-Only will have a $15 pickup-fee(the charge covers assistance loading, but does not cover supplies) please have your vehicle prepped for loading prior to arrival to facilitate the pick-up process.
It is not necessary to contact us if you will be late on the day of your pick-up, or if you need to come the next business day.
If you will not be able to make your appointment more than one business day after your scheduled appointment, or if you plan on not picking the item up after all, please contact us via email.

When we set or agree to a price for the sale of an item, we assume the buyer will be picking the item up on the scheduled pickup date chosen at checkout. We never have enough room to store items not yet sold, let alone sold items (and we really don’t want to be in the business of storing items). Items that are left here are continually in the way and are subject to damage and degradation as they are continually moved around, to make way for ongoing activity. Item(s) that are not picked up within 21 days of the sale date (even though the item itself has been paid for) are subject to a daily storage fee. The fee for small, hand-held size items is $1 per day. The fee for pallets is $5 per day The buyer forfeits the item and any payments made when the fees reach the sale price of the item or at 90 days, whichever comes first. No money will be returned for forfeited items. Items are subject to re-listing immediately upon forfeiture. For items that have incurred storage fees, electronic payment of the fees due or cash will be required for the item to be shipped or released for pickup. We hate to have to institute this policy but unclaimed items are consuming our precious limited storage space that we have to pay dearly for.
Sales Tax
TN Sales Tax is collected on all pick-ups regardless of the state you reside and the 9.25% sales tax is applied to the order total in accordance with TN State Law which states you must be charged sales tax if you take possession of the goods in the state of TN.
Return Policy
We accept returns on items that are listed as working but are received as not working.
AS-IS items are not eligible to be returned. We clearly list these items as not being tested or damaged.
Buyer will have 7 days to contact us and return the item.
Refund will be given in the form of an exchange, merchandise credit or money back.
