This is an antique General Electric radio/phonograph from around 1940. The Model No. is L-678. It was repaired several years for display purposes and works very well. The radio is AM only. The phonograph is 78 RPM only. It is pretty much original except for the following: The line cord has been replaced, and the grill cloth has been replaced. Also, the phonograph cartridge is not original and no longer requires needle changing. It has a permanent cartridge installed, but looks like it would still take replaceable needles. Note that it is only 78 RPM on the phonograph, and the radio is only AM. Both work great. There are some “minor” scratches and scuffs on the unit.
The unit has the original knobs and the back is complete and in good shape. If you would like more pictures, email me and I will send you whatever you want as long as I do not have to disassemble it!!If you have questions, feel free to ask.
