An extremely rare character duckling from a lovely group of toys I am auctioning, which I think might be from Chloe Preston’s Peek-a-Boo island books. I have only ever seen one in some old original photos. He has been well loved and stands 7 inches tall. There are many holes to the felt and he is quite grubby but still strong with wood wool filling. His head is jointed and I adore the little tiny baby wings he still has. I guess he would have had wire legs but these are long gone. He does retain the fabulous original googly eyes though and also his old doggy friend with whom I believe he’s always lived.The other toys are not included in this auction, but please view them in my other listings.
