Hallmarked on the bottom”Tiffany & Co., 18169B1 Makers 6922, Sterling Silver 925-1000, M.” This mark dates this piece between the years of 1907-1938.
The letter “B” is beautifully engraved in the center of the bowl. Perhaps you are lucky enough to have the letter”B” as an initial, however if you are not, you can go with the trend of using the “B” to signify something personal such as (Baby, Birthday, Boyfriend, Brooklyn, Beautiful…). I know you’ll think of something!
This piece measures approximately 11 inches wide by 2 1/2 inches tall. Weighs in at 17.9 oz making it a valuable investment in sterling silver alone.
There are no significant dings, dents or scratches, however please remember that you are an antique piece and wear is commensurate with age. The inside bottom of the bowl has some mild surface scratches and what appears to be buff or polish marks. The base of the bowl has a small amount of wear. Overall, it is stunning.
