ANTIQUE STERLING SILVER & GOLD FINISH FOB


A beautiful antique Edwardian solid sterling silver fob medal with gold finish decoration originally for a pocket watch chain, fully hallmarked for 1908 and weighing a good 10.6 grams altogether.


Measuring 3cms high, plus its attached ring and coming with its original sterling silver pendant ring giving it a total drop of 4cms altogether. In a beautiful pierced work design with hand engraved detailing and a central shield motif on a raised decoratively moulded mount on both front and back, the mount on the front face being gold plated. Fully hallmarked on the reverse for Birmingham, sterling silver 1908-1909 with silversmiths initials of WHH (the last initial is a little blurred but I beleive it is an H and so made by the same silversmith as my previouslylisted fob, it came from the same home) for..
