An original Civil War document.At the top it says it is a volunteer descriptive list of Edwin Lewis of the 6th Regiment Vermont Volunteers. Right below it has account information for him. It says he was born in Northfield, is a farmer, etc. At the bottom it is signed and dated Harpers Ferry Va, August 24, 1864.
The document is in good condition with some light wear.
