You are a very nice Circa 1920 Elgin B W Raymond Open Face Antique Pocket Watch 19j 16s 43mm. The watch winding stem is missing.  The serial number is 23467322.  The dial has a diameter of approximately 43mm. The face has some hairline cracks and chips.
