You are a very nice Circa 1905 Elgin Open Fancy Face Antique Pocket Watch 16s 43mm 21j.The watch winds and ticks but accuracy is unknown.  The serial number is 12941665. The dial is approximately 43mm in diameter. The face has some moldy substance on it and will need to be cleaned or replaced.
