This is an Authentic Antique Ring!
Estate found today! It was sold as a Victorian ring it is definitely very old
Very cool piece and not a reproduction!
It’s marked Sterling made in the USA
And a hallmark or makers mark I can’t make out. Sz 7 3/4
Ok it has an emerald colored stone I have no idea if it’s real or glass sorry!
It a nice filigree design on the sides and the stone is step cut. Upon close inspection there is a tiny chip on the upper left corner, but doesn’t detract from its beauty. It has it’s original patina I have not cleaned it, but it will polish nicely. Still very wearable piece
It comes in an antique ring box I found it in. Wood and Stone Jewelers Meadville,Pa. It’s well worn and loose in the hinge but opens and closes well.
Cream satin and velvet inside cool little box! So yes it’s not perfect but let’s please keep in mind this is really old and has alot of history!and it’s really getting hard to find authentic pieces!
I mean if you search victorian ring, for the most part they are repros!!
