Multi Purchases:We offer competitive multi purchase postal discounts to all of our customers, worldwide – these discounts are often significant and will save you considerably on postal charges on multi purchases (ie more than one item). Larger consignments will be dispatched by courier services and full tracking information will be available to you at all times. Please contact us if you require further information on the services we can provide to you.  Customers who purchase more than one item will have the advantage of substantial postal discounts.If you have purchased more than one item, please wait for your invoice prior to making payment, this will allow us to apply your postal discount.  We have provided discount examples at the bottom of the page for your information. 

Dispatch: On receipt of your payment, we aim to dispatch to you within 48 hours. We do not dispatch Friday, Saturday, Sunday.  If you should have a preferred date of dispatch, please do not hesitate to inform us. All items are professionally packaged, protecting them from the rigours of the postal system, and all new packaging materials are used to protect and safely dispatch your order.

Refunds/Concerns: If for any reason you should receive your order and not be satisfied we request that you first contact us via email prior to posting feedback. We are always happy to be of help and our priority is to ensure that you have a positive auction experience with us, and feel confident to shop with us again in the future. Problems are addressed by us quickly and if a refund is required this shall be issued to you with no fuss and no delay. Items may be returned within 7 days of receipt, after you have received approval from us by email . Buyers remorse is not an acceptable reason for return. A refund for the full hammer price will be issued to the customer on return of purchase. Bidding is an acceptance of the above conditions.
