This book was written after many letters from children requesting more stories about the Tinman & Scarecrow, after the book of “The wonderful Wizard Of Oz” was published.A young girl with the name of Dorothy (ironic isn’t it )convinced the writer to write and publish this book.The stories of the Tinman & scarecrow…a great addition to your collection..
Condition; Graphics on front cover has some parts missing..front board has some scratches , corners are showing wear for its age ..spine has been repaired at sometime in its lifetime..all pages seem to be intact, from page 63 to 168 there is a hole about the size of a pencil lead that has been bored through the pages on page 167 the hole is about 1/4 inch in diameter However it does not obstruct the reading of text. ,front and back hinges have been repaired also,normal slight yellowing of pages due to its age ..overall the book is in acceptable condition..previous owners name on front blank page..
