This auction brings you a good looking antique sterling silver purse. Love this efficient accessory. Top side has a tab to hold down your cards or cash. Marked HALLMARK sterling. Opposite side features two coin changers that press down and release coins with ease. (Used for bus tokens.) There’s a small section with a clear lid that lifts open. Tissue?
Lid has a striped and herringbone pattern. Oval cartouche in the center if you wish to add a monogram. Lid is clean without dents. I did not polish this. The link chain is fine. The back is plain. However, there are approx. 7 pinpoint dents on the back. See the last photo. 3 1/4″ high, 2 1/4″ across, 5″ chain. 3.21 oz.
