This is for the ANTIQUE STERLING SILVER BACKED (CHESTER HALLMARKS) PAIR OF VERY ELABORATELY EMBOSSED BRUSHES that you can see in the images. This well made pair of HEAVY sterling silver backed brushes are in generally good condition with signs of over exuberant polishing resulting in one or two tiny holes. The bristles are quite full with only age appropriate loss. They each measure about 10" long and each has a cartouche engraved with what appears to be F.A.S . They are both FULLY HALLMARKED with the marks for CHESTER 1901 and with the makers marks for WILLIAM NEALE & SONS Ltd – SEE ALL IMAGES. A nice piece for your collection or GREAT AS A GIFT.
