Gorgeous iridescent woven dot silk ruffle piece. Very tiny dots, finely gathered. Measures 28long and roughly 1.25″ wide. Excellent condition, some of the back is coming off. Color is unusual-overall a pecan brown, with purple and chartreuse elements.
