is a wonderful example of Rookwood’s Art Pottery. This is a used item. This is an antique vase #2364 with the Raven / Crow pattern, with the main color being a matte mauve, and the pattern kind of a greenish brown. The vase is in great condition, and has been very well taken care of over the years. It measures 7 3/4″ tall, with the diameter of the top being 3″, it has nice depth to the coloring and the pattern, showing no crazing, chips, hairlines, cracks, fleabites, etc. It will show a little old dirt on the interior bottom, which I can’t wash out, I do not like to get old pottery completely wet, it doesn’t look like it has had a lot of water in it over the years as I don’t see residue. All the Rookwood marks and year date marks are impressed on the bottom and are clearly legible. (See photos which are all magnified).This will make a nice presentation for the Rookwood collector.
