Letters at the bottom right corner are raised. There is a wooden sign on the top of the building that appears to read Harry’s Inn. Recent fresh house find. First offering. No reserve. INSURANCE: Insurance coverage is included in the shipping
cost for most items unless they are non-breakable or under

PAYMENT: PayPal accepted. Payment is due 5 days of auction

If I have not heard from you within 7 days of the the
item may be re-listed. Please wait for your invoice if you are
not sure of the shipping cost to your address.
SHIPPING: We usually ship USPS priority but due to the higher
cost now, I will try to ship as reasonable as possible, depending
on the item. I also ship with Delivery Confirmation for tracking
purposes. Most items are shipped within 2 days after receiving
cleared payment. MAINE BUYERS: A 5% sales tax will be added
to your total. If you have a resale certificate, you must send me
a copy before your item is shipped. Also, I will gladly combine
shipping whenever possible. So please let me know if you are

to the address that is registerd with PayPal.
RETURNS: They are gladly accepted if I have misrepresented the
item. Buyer to pay return shipping. Returned items must arrive
in the same condition as sold.
