We try to identify all of our auction items we sell and fully disclose the condition of our items. However, we are not experts on all matters. The information we provide you with is based solely on our general knowledge and opinions, and bidders will have the final responsibility in determining the same.
Please keep in mind that you are used and vintage items. We will disclose any damage or defect that is not consistent with what should be expected with normal wear, and will always disclose any chips, breaks, repairs, etc. & those defects that we believe affect the usability and value of the piece over and above normal wear. All of our items are shipped from a smoke-free environment.
: Buyers must pay the flat rate fee in the lower 48 states. Additional charges may apply for Hawaii and Alaska. Upon request from the buyer, I will gladly combine items for shipping. All breakable items are insured if over $25 in value. If you have questions about shipping, please contact me through website, and we will be glad to get you an answer. We generally ship twice weekly and will ship your order within 3 business days after payment is received.
Payment: Full payment is required within 3 days from end of auction. We accept the following forms of payment: PayPal
Insurance: Please note that any insurance claim filed on a damaged item is the responsibility of the buyer. Information about filing a claim may be found by visiting the USPS.com website. Each shipping label provides all of the insurance information necessary for a U.S. Postal Service claim.
Returns: Please notify us immediately upon receipt of deliver if you are not satisfied with your purchase. We must receive the item back within 14 days of the initial notice for a refund. We will only accept returns if you are not satisfied with the quality or descriptive representation of an item. Returns cannot be made for delivery damage or loss. An insurance claim by the buyer must be made for damage cause by delivery. A refund will be for the full purchase price including the outgoing shipping charges to your home. However, we cannot refund your shipping charges back to us. The shipping charges on a returned item back to us are your responsibility. Refunds will only be given if the item is returned in the same condition as when purchased.
Note: Any item returned as a result of damage from delivery will not be refunded. Any item that appears to have been switched by the buyer will not be refunded.
