Payment is required within 3 days of auction closing date. We accept Paypal only. If you have purchased/won more than one auction, please do not pay immediately, wait for us to send you an invoice combining all of your purchases into one invoice, this will save you a good deal of money on shipping costs.
Refunds are given if item is returned to us within 14 days in same condition as sent. If due to my error I will refund the original S&H as well as return shipping.
If for ANY reason you are not happy with your purchase, and you contact me BEFORE leaving feedback, I will work with you to rectify the situation. I want ALL my buyers to be completely happy with their purchases 🙂
for my vintage and button jewelry (and other small items) is a flat $2.75 via USPS First Class Mail. We do combine shipping. For each additional jewelry piece purchased, add .50 cents per item. (This applies to small jewelry items only, large items and lots are calculated by weight using the shipping calculator and based upon your zip code.)
for my individual buttons is a flat $1.95. For each additional button you order, add .10 cents per button. (This applies to single buttons only, lots and carded buttons are calculated separately by weight.)
If you purchase multiple items — please wait for us to send you a COMBINED INVOICE before paying. We cannot combine purchases for shipping once they have already been paid for.
We always purchase our postage labels online and therefore you will be given the tracking information for your package. Through this tracking information you will be able to see the exact date that your package was mailed out to you. Should there be a delay in receiving your package from the Postal Service, once the package leaves our hands, it is then the fault of the Post Office, as we have no control over how long it takes them to get the package to you. We always ship your item out to you within 1-3 days of receiving your payment.
We ship twice per week, usually Monday and Thursday. Contact us if you prefer a different method of shipping other than what is offered.
