Hi and thanks for looking, this is for 2 old well used carbon steel knives, both are still solid and do have a decent edge, but they show the signs of age, some missing wood, although still firmly attached and smooth to the feel, they have the normal dark stains common for carbon steel,plus the wear and tear from use and storage, but they are still usable and with a bit of TLC can come around again.
