Without insurance I can not take the responsible for missing item but there has been no problem before (see in my qualified report).
I always care very well about the wrapping of the packages.
I can not accept any complain about any damage unless you opened the shipmet with the postman. I understand it can be an inconvenience
so at least make sure the wrapping is not damaged. If it is than open the shipment with the postman to proof the damage was caused by the delivering.
