Item description: You are a set of antique Japanese documents related to one soldier. The documents included in this set are the issuing documents for the Order of Rising Sun, the China Incident commemoration medal, and a merit award bond that was issued alongside the China Incident commemoration medal as a reward. The soldier’s name in this case is Private First Class Okuchi Tomomitsu. The documents were issued on April 29th, 1940.

Condition: The two medal documents have no physical damage apart from creasing from the rolling/unrolling the documents have gone through (not from folding). It seems like for the majority of their life they were folded. There are some minor stains, mostly at the corner. The bond has a little damage and stains, and one of the coupons is missing, probably redeemed.

I am shipping from Hong Kong, and all orders will be sent via Hong Kong post international mail.  First item is $6 for all medals, and $4.75 for the first cup. Afterwards incremental cost of shipment is $3 for every medal and $1.75 for every cup. Orders over $100 will be sent via registered mail for no extra charge.

Combined shipment:  I will always combine shipments whenever possible and usually it is much cheaper per item to do so.  If you plan on other items that are closing soon and have me ship them together, please let me know and I’ll be happy to wait for all the items closed.

Final word:  All the items I sell are guaranteed to be authentic.  I list items on Tuesdays and Thursdays.  Please check out my other auctions!
