Item description: You are an antique Japanese medal, made to commemorate the enthronement ceremony of the Showa emperor held in 1928. The medal has two kinds, one with a diffuse relief and one with a sharper relief. This medal here is the latter kind. On the obverse of the medal is the gazebo used for the actual ceremony centered with a golden chrysanthemum crest, with the words "Banzai" underneath. On the back are the words "Enthronement ceremony commemoration medal" and "Showa 3rd year (1928) November".
Condition: The medal and ribbon are in great condition. The lid of the case has seperated from the bottom.
: I am shipping from Hong Kong, and all orders will be sent via Hong Kong post international mail. First item is $6 for all medals, and $4.75 for the first cup. Afterwards incremental cost of shipment is $3 for every medal and $1.75 for every cup. Orders over $100 will be sent via registered mail for no extra charge.
Combined shipment: I will always combine shipments whenever possible and usually it is much cheaper per item to do so. If you plan on other items that are closing soon and have me ship them together, please let me know and I’ll be happy to wait for all the items closed.
