These KHOND SHRINE SCULPTURES originally have been used by the Tribal Village Population of remote tribal Areas of East India as a shrine ritual offering. They only used them during important annual festivals and ceremonies, otherwise kept at home hidden in a basket or in a house shrine.
This high aged GREAT KONDH SHRINE BRONZE consists of high quality metal alloy and shows a great stylized BIRD SCULPTURE with funny head, flatened body and three legs. The surface with geometric pattern.

Condition: great aged condition, wonderful smooth aged and darkened ritual patina, excellent signs of age and ritual use.
