This auction is for an old ” Ideal ” sad iron. On the iron it states ” IDEAL PAT APL’D. FOR 1905″. It has an attached fluting plate but the other half of the fluting assembly is missing- what is seen in the photos is what is included in this auction. The iron does suffer from plating loss and some corrosion but I do not see any cracks or breaks.
