This antique corkscrew is a great example of one of the most extravagantly designed of these implements, in my view as an engineer. It is the A1 Patented Lever Corkscrew by Heeley & Sons that, when fully stretched out always reminds me of a bird in flight! This is a very nice example with much of the original bronze finish and a full length, sharp, undamaged screw. When closed up it measures 16.5cm in length.
Paypal is the preferred form of payment and there is no charge for this service. Personal cheques, postal orders and bank drafts are acceptable but these may delay shipment while funds are cleared. All payments must be in UK Pounds.
