This is a super antique hallmarked sterling silver and shell photo frame hallmarked for Birmingham 1919 with the silversmiths mark for Burrows and Mills. The shell is particularly nice with a lovely vibrant colour and all in good condition. The frame measures 4" (10 cms) x 2 3/4" (7 cms) across with the actual opening measuring 2 1/2" (6.5 cms) x 1 1/2" (4 cms). The back has an oak easel style backstand which works perfectly – please see photos and email if you have any queries – all questions will be answered between 9 am and 6pm UK time.
