Up for bids is this stunning antique embroidered Flapper Era embroider rose color pink flowers on black silk with black fringe piano shawl.

It is decorated with embroidered flowers in a rose pink with yellow centers, green vines with smaller flowers in the same rose pink, a pale lavendar and yellow.

This is one of the most striking designs I have seen on an antique piano shawl.  The contrast of the beautiful silk embroidery in pink and green against the black is fabulous.

Condition is very good with a few  holes, one measuring 1/2″ x 3/8″ and another 1/8″ round one.  There are some minor pulls in the embroidery that are very minor.

The silk piano shawl measures 49″ x 49″ with the knotted border fringe measuring 16″.
