This auction is for a very nice antique doll petticoat or half slip. Soft aged white cotton with a fitted waistband; button hole and button for closure; gathered skirt for fullness with four rows of tucks along the bottom edge then trimmed with fine white cotton lace at the hemline. Very nice old piece with fullness to the skirt. Please read condition and measurements below and look at all of the photos as they are part of the description.
CONDITION: Very good condition with a few very minor pin prick holes in the cotton skirt. There are some small holes in the lace, worst example shown in photo #5. This has been laundered by the previous owner. No stains. There is no odor and my home is smoke-free.
MEASUREMENTS:
9 1/2 in. total length, waistband to hemline and includes lace trim;
6 1/4 in. across the waistband measured flat and buttoned closed;
