Bench mount 6 1/4 inch cutting edge Osborne leather skiver tool. Parts or restoration? I think its missing the roller, unless they made a model without a roller.
One foot on the casting also looks broken? 3 or the 4 are there though. Blade is very sharp, but has edge chips. Name is faint on the frame, but 99% sure its an Osborne.
