Up for bid is a 1941 Lux Cuckoo clock. This was one of the last clocks made by lux before converting their factory to concentrate on the war effort. American cuckoos are very rare and sought after. Item was purchased originally at bowman and sons on 12/18/41. The good on the clock is it does work. The bellows are good and it makes the infamous cuckoo sound. the workmanship on the clock is phenominal. This is sure to be a great addition to any collection.The not bad but not as good on the clock:There is no weights. I don’t know what happened to them but I don’t have them. The antlers could use replaced, there is a screw for easy replacement and the pieces listed sell for about 10 bucks combined on website.
