You are a NICE 1930 Panama ½ Balboa Silver Coin. I am neither a coin collector nor dealer. With my short Wiki-ducation, I have determined that this coin would be probably considered a Very Fine rating around 20.
The obverse shows the Panamas National Coat of Arms, the reverse depicts the armored bust of Vaso Nunez de Balboa, Spanish explorer and conquistador.
This coin is .900 Silver, 31 mm, .3617 oz, mintage 300,000.
