ANTIQUE CHINESE SILK EMBROIDERED PANELS IN FRAME
On offer here is are two antique Chinese silk embroidered panels, housed within a glazed frame. The silk is so delicate and the amount of work is outstanding. The panels are a cream coloured silk and the threads used are silks. They are subtly coloured and the images portray a variety of birds in flowering trees with insects in flight. The frame has an inner pale pink silk border. It is a lovely decorative offering, please see my other listings as I have a selection of these silks, all have come from the same home.
It measures 17.6 inches high x 22.2 inches wide. The image areas measure 8 inches x 12.6 inches wide
Condition; It is offered in very good, pre owned condition, there are no holes -please study all photo’s which can be enlarged to larger than life size by clicking upon them and be sure to ask that are of relevance to your decision to bid. I have tried to be accurate in my listing but I am not an expert whereas you probably are!
