Antique Chinese Royal Opera doll late 19th century embroidered silk clothes

Antique In good playworn condition an antique Chinese Royal Opera doll c late 19th century? There is a mark on the back of the neck which I cannot make out(shown as a side view and upright view.I read an article that suggested these dolls were made by Jumeau in France and were also known as fashion dolls, however I have not been able to locate anything that looks like this under Jumeau and the main information I have found is that it is known as a Chinese Royal Opera doll.

From what I see is the body is Papier Mache and the legs made out of wood, while the head is what I would describe as a clay like substance that has been painted. The head detaches with a wire prong 1 inch in length. The left ear has a hole in the lobe which would have held an earing which is no longer there while the right ear has a hole in the centre which once again i believe would have held some form of decoration which is no longer there. The hands have long elegant fingers all in place and legs are wooden from the knees down. The clothing is elaborateley embrodered silk which could do with a clean(steam clean?)

Measures 12 inches shoes to the top of the hat and the wooden legs measure 3.25 inches bottom of shoes to the top of the wood.

weighs 110 grams unpacked.
