Antique Cast Iron & Brass Electric Door Bell, working condition UNKNOWN.
The body is Cast Iron…no damage or cracks that I have come across.
The Bell & the Clacker & Arm are Brass…nice sound to the bell.
The Cast Iron was painted black when made…it now has multiple layers of old paint on it.
There is no mark as to maker.
I don’t believe this ever has a back by the way it is made.
1 1/8″ Deep X 2 3/8″ Wide X 7″ Tall (overall height).
Bell diameter is 2 3/8.
Heavy at over 1 pound by itself.
Unsure if this is AC or DC.
It may work however Wire it up AT YOUR OWN RISK!
