Another nice Sachs-Lawlor badge, this one being a numbered Deputy Sheriff of Denver. Measures 2 3/4 by 2 3/4 inches. Die stamped constuction of white metal, more typical of the metal used for the 4th issue Denver Police Badge. This one has the older mark SACHS-LAWLOR CO MAKERS DENVER of which is also typical found the 4th issue badges and dates pre-1940. This badge at some time long ago hand the pin repaired and replaced with ont of those late 1920’s bar clasps. You can see where the earlier pin was. Badge otherwise is great example of an early Denver Seal Denver Sheriffs Department Badge. Again like all my police badges: GURANTEED ORIGINAL FOREVER
